My previous roles have been an exciting mix of Operations Management, L&D Delivery, People Practice and Compliance in both retail and remote environments, however, I feel I have returned home in my current role due to my love of Tutoring and Coaching.
I have an extensive academic background. I hold a BA Hons Degree in Business Studies specialising in Human Resource Management. I possess a full teaching qualification, entitled “Professional Post Graduate Diploma in Teaching in the Lifelong Learning Sector” (formally known as a PGCE in Further Education). I also recently completed, and fully passed, a Level 5 CMI Certificate in Management and Leadership. Before working at HR Learning, I was a college lecturer.
